This build fixes the passing of ANSI single chars from Delphi to .NET.

This build fixes the passing of ANSI single chars from Delphi to .NET. Now both ANSI and Wide chars are handled correctly. Those of you who expirienced problems with the StringBuffer demo with Delphi < 2009, now will be able to see the correct behavior.
